As senior lighting designer, I work with the principal to develop lighting design and fixture specification standards for several brands in retail and hospitality.  We also create design guides for architects and store designers that can be used when laying out lighting for future stores.

Aiming guides and training videos are developed as a way to train store staff on setting up lighting for an initial store open and / or adjust lighting as display positions change.
